My kids problem is not that she thinks she can be freakin Emeril, but that she just wants to work in a kitchengrilling, sauting, chopping, getting burned and cut and cursed at, and being just your regular old bad-ass line cook.
SO within my nearly 3 decades I was talked out of a cooking career. What was the catalyst? What was the last straw? What was it that made me get into cooking now? I remember yearning to try what fresh homemade pasta wasted like,
Cooking. Line cook, Garde Manger, Cheese expert, Executive Chef, Private Chef to name a few. During the span of my career in food, I have found occasion and need to use many of my other "trades". If I can't find the right kitchen
